I'm a CRM & customer insights expert, podcast host, founder, marketing strategist, and storyteller, with 16+ years helping companies, founders & senior leaders explore their “why” and unleash bolder choices driving growth.
In 2024, I founded Bueno & Co., a consulting firm specializing in resource allocation, data analysis, marketing strategy, customer relationship management, loyalty programs and martech stack selection. I advise emerging and established brands across retail, fashion, luxury and wellness.
I got here the long way: growing up as the eldest child of Dominican immigrants in New York City, I learned early the responsibility of caring for others, including my handicapped brother. Later, boarding school near Boston and college at the University of Pennsylvania stretched me outside my comfort zone, shaping my curiosity, resilience, and love for solving complex problems.
Before founding my own company, I was the former Head of Customer Strategy at Shopbop (an Amazon company), owning customer-focused functions including customer insights, brand strategy, relationship management, customer engagement and loyalty programs. Prior to Shopbop, I held various strategy roles across global brands (ex-Gap, Saks, Soulcycle), including marketing, e-commerce, digital transformation, database management and advanced analytics, with 4 years served as an Investment Banking associate at Deutsche Bank touching market analysis, business insights, financial modeling and investment strategy.
Today, I share my expertise as a featured guest, event moderator and content contributor, including eTail, Evolve Expert Sessions, Loyalty Wired, Always Off Brand, and my own global commerce podcast sponsored by Evolve Commerce Club. When I'm not working, you’ll find me learning a new language, painting, or planning my next travel adventure.
